Louver Bay Sizes (Inside Dimensions)

Louver projection must be in multiples of 8" for louvers and includes 1" of clearace on each end.

Motors

Bays under 18' require 1 motor per bay. Bay's over 18' require 2 motors per bay.

*Beams are cut 4" longer than specified, unless otherwise noted (Suggested to ensure accuracy in the field). **Max beam length is 24'. If longer beams are necessary, call our office for pricing.

Insulated Roof Panels

Note: All panels come 4' wide.
Max length of panel: 24'.

Accessory Channels

Accessory channels are 6" wide. A beam is required on each side of the channel for installation. Channels include the base and cap only (i.e. inputting a channel here will NOT include beams).

  • Support Tracks: Preinstalled
  • Gasket Seals: Applied to Support Track and Gutter to reduce caulking between these components and Beams.
  • Gutters: Cut and pre-drilled for attachment
  • Posts: Top predrilled holes for attaching Post Brackets

Internal Adjustments

Items, Markups, and Discounts

For additional items, input the dealer cost into the value field. (The system will calculate for MSRP). Amount based items will appear under the MISC section of the internal-pdf breakdown. The value will be added or subtracted prior to any markups/etc.

For percent based adjustments, input the dealer cost. (Ex: to give a 10% dealder discount, input .10)
